Our next Creativity to Wellbeing Pathway workshop on Monday 18th March (2pm – 4pm) is being led by the fantastic Emma Davis, AKA Groove with Em.
Emma specialises in the Groove Movement which is dedicated to spreading the joy of dancing. The aim is to make dancing easy, accessible and fun for everyone. The session will be a simple and creative group dance class with no special equipment, clothing or expertise necessary.
Emma’s workshop offers a unique balance of structure and freedom to support you in getting creative on the dance floor. Set to a varied playlist, from across decades and genres, for each track you’ll be given a set of simple moves and encouraged to dance them in your own way. Reap the many benefits of dancing with a group safe in the knowledge that you really can’t get it wrong.
Expect something different from the ‘no pain, no gain’ mentality of traditional fitness classes, while exploring a variety of styles and genres, you are encouraged to enjoy and feel good in your body.
Want to explore enjoyable ways of moving to music? Join us at Emma’s workshop on Monday 18th March (2pm – 4pm) at the Eastern Angles Centre. No need to book; just come along!
